New study aims to ease pain after knee surgery without strong drugs

Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques to see which one provides better pain relief after total knee replacement surgery. The goal is to reduce the need for strong painkillers (opioids) and help patients move sooner. About 120 adults having knee replacement will take part.
