Summary
This study tested two types of nerve blocks to reduce pain in children after hip surgery. 80 children aged 1-7 years received either a caudal block or a pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block. The goal was to see which block provides better pain control and reduces the need for strong pain medicines like morphine.
