Summary
This study compared two methods of pain control for patients having total hip replacement surgery. Researchers tested whether a specific nerve block (ESPB) helps patients walk sooner after surgery compared to receiving morphine in their spinal anesthesia. The study involved 70 patients to see which approach provided better pain relief and earlier mobility.
