Hernia surgery pain relief: injection vs epidural in Head-to-Head test

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common pain control methods works better for patients recovering from umbilical hernia surgery. Researchers will observe 30 patients who receive either a single-dose epidural or an ultrasound-guided TAP block injection. They will track patients' pain levels for 24 hours after surgery to see which approach provides more effective relief and higher satisfaction.
