New nerve blocks tested to ease pain after heart valve procedure

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after a minimally invasive heart valve replacement (TAVI). Researchers will compare two different types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and standard local numbing in 60 patients. The goal is to see which method best reduces pain, lowers the need for strong painkillers, and improves patient comfort and safety during recovery.
