Summary
This study looked at two ways to manage pain after a type of heart surgery called minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass. Researchers compared a newer nerve block (ESPB) to a standard one (PVB) in 140 patients. The goal was to see if the newer method works just as well for controlling pain and reducing the need for extra pain medicine.
