Back injection vs. spinal shot: which eases C-Section pain better?

NCT ID NCT06612424

Summary

This study compared two methods for managing pain after a planned cesarean section (C-section). Researchers tested whether an ultrasound-guided nerve block injection in the back (Quadratus Lumborum block) works as well as adding morphine directly to the spinal anesthesia. The goal was to see which method better reduced pain and the need for extra painkillers in the first 24 hours after surgery.
