Summary

This study tested three experimental pain medicines (HTX-011, HTX-002, HTX-009) given locally during bunionectomy to control pain after surgery. 430 adults took part. The main goal was to measure how well they reduced pain over the first 24 hours. This is a phase 2 trial, meaning it's still being tested for safety and effectiveness.
