Summary

This study tested three experimental pain-relief drugs (HTX-011, HTX-002, HTX-009) given locally during bunionectomy to reduce postoperative pain. 430 adults participated to see how well the drugs controlled pain over the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal was to find a safer, more effective option for managing pain after this common foot procedure.
