Summary

This study tested two methods to control pain after breast-conserving surgery: an ultrasound-guided nerve block (ESPB) and local wound infiltration (LWI). 66 adult women participated. The main goal was to see which method reduced the need for morphine in the first 24 hours after surgery. The study also looked at pain scores, nausea, and patient satisfaction.
