Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after breast cancer surgery. It will compare two different types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks given to 70 patients. The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief, reduces the need for strong painkillers like opioids, and helps patients recover more comfortably.
