Which nerve block eases back surgery pain better?

Summary
This study compares two types of nerve blocks (QLB and RLB) for pain relief after lumbar disc surgery. About 84 adults will receive one of the blocks, and researchers will measure pain scores, opioid use, and satisfaction. The goal is to find which block works better for managing postoperative pain.
