NCT ID NCT06406712
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a common anti-inflammatory drug (dexamethasone) to a standard numbing medicine (bupivacaine) can improve pain control during upper limb vascular surgery. About 80 adults having arm surgery will receive the injection near their collarbone. The goal is to see if the combination provides longer-lasting numbness and pain relief.
