NCT ID NCT07455565

First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at two different methods to control pain after lower back surgery. One method uses a numbing injection near the spine, while the other uses pain medicine through a vein. Researchers will use a special monitor that checks heart rate to see how well each method works. The goal is to find which approach gives better pain relief with fewer side effects.
