Summary

This study will test if a continuous numbing medicine (regional anesthesia) works better than standard painkillers for people with war-related leg injuries. About 150 adults will take part, and researchers will measure pain levels and how much opioid medication they need. The goal is to improve pain control and reduce reliance on strong painkillers.
