Summary
This study tested two methods to control pain after breast-conserving surgery: an ultrasound-guided nerve block (ESPB) and local wound infiltration (LWI). Sixty-six adult women participated. The main goal was to see how much morphine they needed in the first 24 hours after surgery. The study also looked at pain scores, nausea, and patient satisfaction.
