NCT ID NCT06611267
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This completed study looked at how healthy adults experience pain. Researchers applied heat to the forearm of 64 participants, with and without a pain-relieving cream, and asked them to rate their pain. The goal was to better understand the mechanisms behind pain, which could eventually lead to improved treatments for the 20% of Danes living with chronic pain.
