Can talking about pain while cycling ease back pain?
NCT ID NCT07152171
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested whether teaching people about pain during light cycling helps chronic low back pain more than cycling alone. 24 adults with long-term back pain took part. Both groups cycled, but one group also learned about how pain works. The goal was to see if combining education with exercise improves pain and function better than exercise by itself.
