New Mind-Body program aims to ease chronic pain for hemophilia patients

Summary
This study is testing whether a special educational program can help adults with hemophilia manage the chronic pain caused by joint damage (hemophilic arthropathy). 70 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the new program or continue with their usual care. The program involves three sessions teaching about pain science, emotional regulation, and coping strategies, with the goal of reducing pain and its impact on daily life.
