Summary

This study compares two non-drug education programs for people with chronic low back pain. One program teaches about pain science (Pain Neuroscience Education), while the other focuses on back mechanics. The goal is to see which program helps patients increase their daily physical activity, measured by a smartwatch. 82 adults with chronic back pain will participate, and their activity levels will be tracked at 3 months and 1 year.
