Summary

This study will test three different pain-relief methods in 147 men having robotic prostate surgery. The goal is to see which method controls pain best, reduces the need for strong painkillers, and helps patients recover faster. Participants will receive one of three nerve blocks or a low-dose spinal injection, and their pain and recovery will be tracked for up to 30 days after surgery.
