Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks—erector spinae plane block and serratus anterior plane block—to see which one controls pain better after video-assisted lung surgery. About 50 adults aged 25 to 70 having lung procedures like lobectomy or pleurectomy will take part. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce pain after surgery.
