Summary

This study compares three different intravenous pain medicines (Fentanyl, Tramadol, and Ibuprofen) given after chest surgery to see which one controls pain and helps breathing best. It includes 135 adults having video-assisted chest surgery. The goal is to find the most effective pain relief after the initial nerve block wears off.
