NCT ID NCT07401602

First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks back at medical records of 66 women who had a mastectomy to see which pain relief method worked best: standard pain medication, a nerve block called rhomboid intercostal block (RIB), or a combination of RIB with another nerve block. Researchers will check pain scores, painkiller use, and patient satisfaction in the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to find the most effective approach to reduce pain and improve recovery.
