Summary
This study is for people with advanced bile duct or pancreatic cancer who are experiencing significant pain. It aims to see if starting standard cancer drugs at the same time as a specialized pain-blocking injection (Celiac Plexus Block) works better than usual care. Researchers will follow about 100 participants for up to two years to track their pain levels, cancer response, and overall health.
