Summary

This study is testing two ways to manage pain for people having surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome, a condition causing arm and shoulder pain. Researchers want to see if receiving a pain-numbing injection before surgery AND after surgery works better than just getting it before. They will measure patients' pain levels and quality of life to find out which approach helps people recover more comfortably.
