Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques for managing pain after laparoscopic stomach cancer surgery. Researchers want to see if a newer nerve block method works as well as the current standard approach at reducing pain and the need for opioid pain medications. The study involves 100 adults undergoing this specific surgery and will measure pain levels, medication use, and recovery quality over three days.
