Finding the best way to block pain after hernia repair

Summary
This study aims to find which of two nerve-blocking techniques provides better pain relief and patient satisfaction after hernia repair surgery. Researchers will compare the M-TAPA block and the TAP block in 60 adults having elective hernia surgery. They will measure patients' pain levels and recovery satisfaction 24 hours after the procedure to determine the more effective method.
