Summary
This study compares two different nerve block techniques for managing pain after coronary artery bypass surgery. Researchers will enroll 64 adults aged 45-85 to see which method provides better pain relief in the first two days after surgery. The study measures pain levels, opioid medication use, recovery quality, and hospital stay duration.
