Summary
This study tested whether a specific nerve block could reduce the amount of strong opioid painkillers needed during and after laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. Researchers compared 80 patients who received the nerve block to those who did not. They measured painkiller use during surgery and pain levels and recovery quality afterward.
