Summary
This study aims to find the smallest effective dose of a numbing medicine (bupivacaine) for a specific nerve block used to manage pain after chest surgery. Researchers will test different amounts in patients having a type of minimally invasive chest surgery. The goal is to provide good pain relief while using the least amount of medication possible to reduce potential side effects.
