Summary
This study tested a nerve block called External Oblique Intercostal Plane Block (EOIB) to see if it reduces pain and improves satisfaction after gallbladder removal surgery. 64 adults aged 18-65 took part. The goal was to compare pain scores, need for pain medicine, and patient satisfaction between those who got the block and those who did not.
