Summary
This study looked at 60 adults having video-assisted chest surgery to compare two types of nerve blocks for pain relief after the operation. One block targets the serratus anterior muscle, the other targets the serratus posterior superior intercostal area. Both are done with ultrasound guidance. The goal was to see which block reduces pain better and improves patient satisfaction.
