Summary
This study tested three different nerve blocks to see which one provides the best pain relief after video-assisted lung surgery. Forty-five adults having lung biopsies or wedge resections received one of the blocks. Researchers measured pain scores and how much extra painkiller patients needed. The goal is to improve recovery and comfort after surgery.
