NCT ID NCT07609212
First seen May 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests two different numbing injections (TLIP block vs. retrolaminar block) to see which helps people recover better after lower back fusion surgery. About 70 adults having one- or two-level spine fusion will be randomly assigned to one of the two blocks. The main goal is to measure recovery quality 24 hours after surgery, along with pain levels and how much pain medicine is needed.
