Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks to control pain after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (weight-loss surgery). Sixty adults will receive either an intertransverse process block or a subcostal transversus abdominis plane block. The goal is to see which method provides better pain relief and reduces the need for opioid painkillers.
