Summary
This study aims to find which of two ultrasound-guided nerve-block techniques provides better pain relief for young boys after surgery for an undescended testicle. Researchers will compare the Posterior Quadratus Lumborum Block and the Quadroiliac Plane Block in 70 children aged 1 to 7 years. The main goal is to see which method reduces pain scores and the need for extra pain medicine after surgery.
