Summary
This study compares two types of pain blocks—erector spinae plane block and caudal block—in children aged 1 to 8 years having lower abdominal surgery. The goal is to see which method provides better pain control after surgery, using a standard pain score. About 78 children will take part, and researchers will also measure how long pain relief lasts and how satisfied parents are.
