New study tests best way to numb pain after common surgery

Summary

This study aims to find which of two nerve-blocking techniques works better for pain relief after keyhole gallbladder removal surgery. Researchers will compare the Erector Spinae Plane (ESP) block and the External Oblique and Rectus Abdominis (EXORA) block in 56 patients. The goal is to see which method provides better pain control and reduces the need for additional pain medication after surgery.
