New pain block combo may ease recovery after colorectal surgery

Summary
This study compares two ways to manage pain after laparoscopic colorectal surgery. One group gets a standard abdominal nerve block, and the other gets that block plus an additional sacral block. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain and the need for strong painkillers. About 50 adults undergoing elective surgery will participate.
