Summary

This study compared two different nerve-blocking techniques to see which one better controls pain after minimally invasive chest surgery. Researchers tested both methods on 60 adults undergoing the same type of procedure. They measured patients' pain levels and need for extra pain medication after surgery to determine which approach was more effective.
