Summary
This study aimed to find the best nerve-blocking technique to control pain after minimally invasive chest surgery (VATS). Researchers compared three different injection methods in 45 patients, measuring their pain levels and how much strong pain medication they needed afterwards. The goal was to improve recovery by finding the most effective way to manage post-surgery pain.
