First seen May 16, 2026 ยท Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study looked at two ways to control pain after chest surgery in children: a continuous erector spinae block and a continuous paravertebral block. The goal was to see if the erector spinae block works just as well as the other method. The study was stopped early, but it involved 34 children and measured how much extra pain medicine they needed.
