Summary
This study aims to understand how problems with the cells lining blood vessels are connected to high blood pressure in the lungs of people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Six participants with stable PAH will take a study drug called XBD173. Researchers will measure markers in the blood and monitor lung pressure changes to see if they are related.
