Summary
This study tests PAfitME™, a telehealth program that uses personalized motion exergames to help young adult cancer survivors (ages 18–39) improve their physical function. The program is tailored to each person's fitness level, fatigue, and pain. Researchers will see if it is feasible, safe, and effective at boosting cardiorespiratory fitness and muscle strength compared to usual care.
