Summary

This study tests a mobile app called PACT that helps people with advanced cancer talk about and plan the care they would want if they couldn't speak for themselves. About 400 patients and their support persons will use the app and report how easy and helpful it is. The goal is to see if the app improves planning and communication with family and doctors.
