First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests a daily pill called pacritinib for people with moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that hasn't improved after at least two prior treatments. cGVHD is an immune system problem that can happen after a stem cell transplant, causing damage to organs and tissues. The goal is to see if pacritinib can safely control the disease and improve symptoms. About 50 adults will take the drug for 6 to 12 months and be followed for up to 2 years.
