Heart pacing tweak could boost function in failing hearts

Summary
This study tests a special pacing method called Bachmann bundle pacing in 120 adults with heart failure and reduced pumping ability who already need an implantable defibrillator. The goal is to see if this pacing improves heart function and quality of life over 12 months. Participants will have the pacing turned on and off to compare effects.
