First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study compares a newer pacing method (left bundle branch area pacing) to the standard method (right ventricular pacing) in 200 patients with heart block and normal heart function. The goal is to see if the newer method better preserves heart pumping ability and reduces complications. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two pacing approaches and followed over time.
