Summary
This study follows 250 adults aged 45 and older who have pachychoroid, a condition where the back layer of the eye is abnormally thick. Researchers want to see how this condition progresses over time and what factors might lead to vision loss. Participants will have regular eye exams to track changes, but no new treatments are being tested.
