Summary
This study tested a medical device called PacePress in 122 patients at high risk of bleeding who were having a heart device (like a pacemaker) implanted. The device applies steady pressure to the implant site to prevent bleeding and bruising. The goal was to see if it safely reduces complications like hematomas.
